Birthday Crowns

I have been creating these lovely Birthday Crowns for quite some time. Both for families and Kindergartens/ Nurseries. 
 
In the making there are several textile techniques involved: wet and needle felting, sewing, embroidery, bead work etc. I use a ready felt ( 50 percent wool on the backing for children who have sensitive skin to wool) They come with ribbon or elastic. The elastic band is covered with cotton and it is adjustable... I sew into the crown an extra 2-3cm either side, so that one can unstitch and readjust as the child's head grows.
 
It takes ca. 2 weeks to complete your order but it depends on demand.
